Why the set length is so important?
Posted on 28th August 2009
Because different players have different endurance and need different amount of time to get tired, the length of previous sets is an essential aspect in predicting tennis match outcome. Exhausted players will always do more mistakes and have weaker serves than their stronger opponents, so they are more likely to loose the game. Some sports spectators may not notice it, but for experienced gamblers knowing such individual features of sportsmen and the length of the previous set can be enough to define whom to place a bet on.
